Your daily responsibilities include:

Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with (STARS.)
Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up tasks and be able to follow directions
Upkeep of all the Casino bar's, lounges, service bars and bar storage areas
Compliance with health and safety standards
Inventory of bar items such as glassware, bar checks, etc.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
Ensure efficient bar operation according to company standards
Maintain knowledge of all liquor, beer, wine and non-alcoholic brands
Establish par levels for all bar products including the bar supplies
Help with cost control, schedules for staff and ongoing training
Train staff on all aspects of service and selling techniques
Manage, train and counsel bartenders, servers and bar back
Review the daily activities, such as: forecasted dollars for each outlet, catering activity and VIPs/special guests
Maintain positive guest relations at all times and addressing and resolving guest and employees complaints
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing concerns; and resolving problems.
Supervise 45 employees directly.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be able to obtain TIPS certification
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
