I have been a State Farm agent since 1972.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
I am a proud graduate of University of Maine.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman''s Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Crystal Excellence Award, and National Quality Award

## Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Team Leader - State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. ## Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Salary plus commission/bonus
Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
## Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
People-oriented
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Ability to conduct interviews in the office
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Knowledge of financial services products
Knowledge of life products
Property & Casualty license (must have currently)
