00 Major Duties Oversees the operations of a retail branch store.
Establishes financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns, and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops, hires, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Performs other duties as assigned.
