has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970.
At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers.
We have immediate openings for our Customer Service position, Full Time - Mon thru Fri - 11:
00 Am to 19:
30 Pm - Hours vary on the need of the business.
$19-$21 Per hour based on experience What you will do on a typical shift:
Handle customer inquiries Answering incoming calls from customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries of freight to both commercial and residential customers Data entry of customers' information for scheduling and tracking of freight within the BSP system The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services What you need at a minimum to succeed at BSP:
Must have successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding previous experience in a transportation or warehouse environment preferred Previous experience in customer service Positive and professional demeanor Strong verbal and written communications skills The ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products Benefits for FT Employees Include:
