Maintenance Technician and Custodian

If you have a strong work ethic and a diverse range of maintenance skills, we want to hear from you!Bonney Staffing is hiring for Maintenance and Custodial positions in Ellsworth, Maine!These positions are responsible for a variety of routine maintenance and repair tasks for buildings, grounds, and equipment as well as cleaning, restocking supplies and sanitizing all areas.
These jobs entails a wide range of interior and exterior repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, light carpentry, snow removal, grounds work, and general property maintenance and cleaning.
You should be well-versed in routine maintenance and be prepared to handle emergency repairs as needed.
You should also be willing to adhere to the highest of standards when it comes to sanitation and cleanliness.
After-hours emergency service may be required on a scheduled or rotating basis.
This is a full time, first shift position.
Maintenance Technician and Custodial
Qualifications:
Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance and or cleaning and sanitation Comfortable using hand and power tools Comfortable standing and walking for long periods Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Required Skills:
Previous building maintenance experience Previous cleaning experience High school diploma or equivalent Maintenance Technician and Custodial Details:

$17-20 per hour Start Date:
