The Landscape Technician will be responsible for maintaining and installing landscape, lawn and garden plants, and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation.
This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and performance of our commercial and residential grounds.
Responsibilities Maintain and install all types of landscape maintenance including mulches, plantings, borders, trees, shrubs, and irrigation systems Install all types of plantings including trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses, etc.
Install irrigation systems as needed (including drip irrigation) Install landscape equipment as needed (including sprinklers, water cannons, etc.
) Perform regular maintenance on all landscape equipment including cleaning and replacing filters, hoses, valves, etc.
Keep records of all maintenance work performed on site to ensure that required paperwork is completed accurately and timely Keep all landscaping equipment on site at all times to ensure that proper care is being taken Keep all company vehicles clean and ready to go out on customer calls on a daily basis Ensure that work orders are complete and in-date before they are submitted to the company for completion Perform general landscaping duties such as edging around plants or pruning as needed during the installation process
Experience:
Knowledge of landscaping maintenance including mulching, plantings, borders, trees, shrubs, fences etc.
Knowledge of irrigation systems (including drip irrigation) preferred but not required Job Types:
