Summary:
The EMS Operations Manager's role is to provide leadership and oversight to help Medical Transport - Bangor Division, Charles A Dean EMS, Mayo EMS, and Sebasticook Valley Hospital EMS achieve the goal of Best in Class status.
The Manager of EMS Operations will have direct oversight of all daily operations and imperatives, work through shift leadership to select and evaluate EMS providers, and track and report out daily, weekly, and monthly utilization statistics.
This individual will understand, implement, and communicate our mission, vision, and strategic plan.
This individual will contribute and adhere to organization's budget as it relates to operations and other areas of responsibility.
The individual will develop policies, training, measurement methodologies, and long-term operational strategies that will enable Northern Light Medical Transport and Northern Light Health to realize long term strategic goals in an evolving world of healthcare delivery.
