Work independently, the House Supervisor will oversee resident activities and housekeeping/light maintenance, by performing day-to-day housekeeping services ensuring a clean, attractive facility in accordance with all laws, regulations and company standards.
Essential Functions:
Oversee and plan monthly building meals.
Develop and distribute a monthly calendar of events, to include:
birthdays, resident based activities, scheduled maintenance and etc.
Create an ongoing calendar of activities, which creatively meets multiple needs and is accessible and appealing to both men and women of all abilities.
Perform day-to-day housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing and mopping Basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs, setting lighting timers and unplugging clogged toilets.
Maintain grab and goes in each apartment.
To include emergency contacts, Advanced Directives and pertinent medical information.
Deliver extremely high level of customer service May assist in the evacuation of residents.
Must practice dependable, regular attendance.
Education and
Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred Prior cleaning or healthcare experience preferred.
