The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and grounds.
This position requires a strong understanding of building systems and the ability to troubleshoot and identify potential problems.
The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for managing staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and developing preventative maintenance plans.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel.
Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Inspect and evaluate the condition of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials used, and costs incurred.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
