This position is Monday-Friday 8:
00am-5:
00pm based in our operational call center.
This position is currently able to work from home with twice per month in office or full time in office.
Location:
Bangor, Maine As a Transportation Specialist you will process intake information on behalf of clients, schedule trips, determine mode of transportation based on information provided and interact with transportation providers.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on the task at hand.
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years' experience in an office setting with client contact responsibilities; the ability to operate office equipment; good communications skills; and computer proficiency and experience with data entry and word processing.
You must be able to interact with the public in a professional manner; maintain client information in complete confidence; and learn and apply federal and state regulations.
The starting rate of pay for the Transportation Specialist position is $15.
78 per hour and additional compensation may be given consideration with relevant experience.
