M-F Full time Pay Rate:
based on experience Duties will include preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager including painting, landscaping, snow removal, equipment maintenance, work orders as assigned, trash removal, moving furniture, carpet cleaning, and other housekeeping as needed.
Should be familiar with using hand tools and some power tools.
Experience in remodeling is required.
The ability to replace a window, install laminate flooring and non-structural demolition is required.
As well as all other duties as assigned.
A typical day might include changing locks on a door, replacing a window, installing a faucet or toilet.
The next could be removing a carpet and installing laminate flooring.
Must have the ability to remain polite in work situations and interactions with staff and clients Must have the ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
Must have the ability to read English language, manuals, road maps, accurate discern warning signs and address numbers.
Must be able to accurately measure and cut building materials Must have the ability to communicate in English with co-workers, clients, contractors, and others.
Must be able to work in all weather environments Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must have a valid drivers license.
